Fees & Insurance

Making care accessible to you.

Understanding the cost of therapy should never stand in the way of getting support. Below you'll find information about insurance and private pay, so you can choose the option that feels right for you.

Insurance

Insurance options

As of October 21, 2026, I am in network with Aetna in New Jersey, and I am in the process of joining Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield in additional states. The table below shows where each stands and will be updated as approvals are finalized.

Benefits vary by plan, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage before your first session. If your plan is not yet in network, private pay is available, and you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement.

Private pay

Private pay rates

Clear, consistent fees so you can plan for your care with confidence.

Sliding scale availability

I believe everyone deserves access to quality care. A reduced fee may be available in certain circumstances, and I welcome a private conversation about your needs.

Privacy

Private pay sessions are not billed to an insurance company, so your clinical information is not shared for claims.

Flexibility

Together, we decide on the frequency and length of treatment that best supports your goals.

Convenience

Secure online sessions for clients in New York, New Jersey, and Texas, with telehealth in Florida.

Out-of-network benefits

Using your out-of-network benefits

If your insurance plan is not in network with me, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Many PPO and POS plans include this coverage for therapy, which can meaningfully lower your cost per session.

1

Check your benefits

Call the member services number on your insurance card, or log in to your member portal, and ask about out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health.

2

Attend your session

Payment of $200 is made at the time of each session.

3

Receive a superbill

I provide a superbill, a detailed receipt with the diagnosis and service codes your insurer needs to process a claim.

4

Submit for reimbursement

You submit the superbill to your insurance company, and they reimburse you directly based on your plan.

Questions to ask your insurance provider

A quick call can help you understand what your plan covers.

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health care?
  • What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met this year?
  • What percentage of the cost will be reimbursed once my deductible is met?
  • Are telehealth sessions covered under my out-of-network benefits?

Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan, and I cannot guarantee coverage. Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. You can request one at any time.
