About Asia
Many of my clients appear capable and successful on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. I provide structured, insight-driven therapy that helps them move from survival mode to emotional clarity and meaningful change. I provide intentional, inclusive therapy that honors your lived experience — supporting those who are ready to slow down, go deep, and grow.
Hello! My name is Asia, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Texas. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on how these experiences impact attachment, relationships, and life transitions. As a proud provider of color, I am deeply committed to serving my community and creating a safe and supportive environment for those navigating the complexities of mental health.
My clinical background includes work in hospitals, schools, and private practice. I hold an MSW from Columbia University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. These experiences allow me to bring a thoughtful, informed perspective to each session.
I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment-related challenges. My work is grounded, direct, and focused on meaningful change.
I understand that seeking support can feel daunting. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. A space where healing unfolds with intention, one step at a time.
