About Asia

Many of my clients appear capable and successful on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. I provide structured, insight-driven therapy that helps them move from survival mode to emotional clarity and meaningful change. I provide intentional, inclusive therapy that honors your lived experience and supporting those who are ready to slow down, go deep, and grow.

Portrait of Asia N, MSW, LCSW

Hello! My name is Asia, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Texas. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression, with a focus on how these experiences impact attachment, relationships, and life transitions. As a proud provider of color, I am deeply committed to serving my community and creating a safe and supportive environment for those navigating the complexities of mental health.

My clinical background includes work in hospitals, schools, and private practice. I hold an MSW from Columbia University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. These experiences allow me to bring a thoughtful, informed perspective to each session.

I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment-related challenges. My work is grounded, direct, and focused on meaningful change.

I understand that seeking support can feel daunting. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. A space where healing unfolds with intention, one step at a time.
